We are pleased to introduce our compact Frying Compendium, which can now be ordered for a nominal fee of €10 plus shipping costs.

The content is based on many years of scientific research combined with our hands-on experience from daily operations. It is intended for anyone with a professional or academic interest in frying and aims to provide solid, practical knowledge.

As we do not intend to generate profit from this, the entire fee collected will be added to our annual year-end donation.

The compendium is available in both German and English.
